Maintenence
After analyzing the buildings equipment, Air Conditioning Solutions will recommend and customize a maintenance package to suit each customer’s needs and budget. Our maintenance software system shows tasks to be performed on a month to month basis with all equipment information. This makes sure no piece of equipment gets missed. At the end of every maintenance we give the customer a report of how their equipment is running with any recommendations. Maintenance will prevent costly service repairs and prevent equipment downtime.

Emergency Service
We are available for emergency service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We have fully stocked service trucks the ability to open up many different parts house in different geographic locations. This allows us to make the repairs as fast as possible. Our goal is minimum downtime and maximum comfort for the end user.

Variable Frequency Drives
Variable Frequency drives are one of the most cost effective ways of saving a large amount of money every month. If a fan or pump speed is reduced to 75 percent of the rated speed, power consumption can be reduced by as much as 42 % of the rated power. This follows The Affinity Law. Older systems were installed without VFD’s, and in most cases, they do not need to run at full speed
