Ramcal Management

This 10 story building like many, were not originally installed with economizers. They just had minimum outside air dampers. This building saved a ton of energy by using the outside air at colder times to cool the building rather than run their large compressors. We installed:

  • Outside air and return air damper sections with digital actuators
  • Complete control system to control air handler, solenoids,compressors,and tower
  • Relief fans to control building pressure during economizer mode.
  • Ilon web server for remote access and graphics to see all sensors and equipment from anywhere
  • Variable frequency drives on Supply and relief fans, and cooling tower.
