- Installation of McQuay Turbocor Chiller including all piping, electrical,and controls
- Installed and programmed Honeywell Jace Web Server and two Spyder controllers set up for remote access from any web browser.
- Integrated McQuay’s Lonworks control module for control and viewing of chillers data
- Installation of chiller room exhaust fan with a VFD, including ductwork and refrigerant monitoring system. The exhaust fan runs at a preset speed during normal hours, and on a refrigerant alarm the drive ramps the speed up to full speed.
- Installation of Lonworks Power meters to monitor energy savings.
- Commissioning and assisting with energy rebate.
